Visitation and funeral services have been set for William Healan Jr., a former county commissioner who died Dec. 26, 2011.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at Smith Funeral Home, and funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, Dec. 30, in Smith Memory Chapel, with Rev. Wally Hostetter officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
