Twin brothers accused of killing a Florida man and burying his body in the backyard of a Winder residence will be extradited to Pensacola, according to a report by the Pensacola News Journal. 

Investigators believe the Cormier twins were house guests Sean Dugas, and that William Cormier killed Dugas on Aug. 27, the report says. The brothers also reportedly stole some of the reporter's collection of “Magic: The Gathering” game cards, which were worth between $25,000 and $100,000, were later sold in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. 

The Winder Police Department charged the brothers with murder Wednesday, Oct. 10. According to the Pensacola News Journal, Pensacola police announced Thursday that warrants were issued for the twins. In Florida, William Cormier is charged with homicide and armed robbery, while Christopher Cormier is charged with armed robbery and accessory after the fact to a homicide.

The brothers had been in police custody since Oct. 8, when a body was found buried in the backyard of a Sixth Street residence in Winder. A medical examiner declared the case a homicide Oct. 10.. The body was later identified as that of 30-year-old Dugas, who had been missing since September. A GBI forensic pathologist used dental and facial bone CT scans and surgically implanted dental hardware serial numbers to make the identification.

According to police, the body was found encased inside a blue, plastic storage container that appeared to be covered with concrete. The residence is rented by the brothers' father. The father told police his sons arrived from Florida about three weeks ago. They reportedly told their father they were taking care of the missing person’s dog but ended up killing the dog and burying it in the backyard. 

In a post to his own website, the father, William Cormier II, wrote he plans to move.
