Statham Police Answer 134 Calls for Service, Issue 73 Citations and Warnings from July 1-15

The Statham Police Department is still investigating a recent home invasion.
Michael Pruitt, Statham's public information officer, said there's nothing new to report in an e-mail Sunday, July 15.
The department reports the following activity from July 1 through 15, 2012.

- David Merrill, 44, 305 Jacobs Lane, Statham, charged with drugs to be kept in original container, DUI — drugs and failure to maintain lane
- Jose I. Cruz, 47, 1408 Langdon Park Drive, Winder, charged with driving while unlicensed or expired/new resident and failure to maintain lane
- Christopher Johnston, 20, 187 Woodland Hills Drive, Jefferson, charged with obstructing law enforcement officers
- Joie Adams, 18, 410 Wilson Cemetery Road, Nicholson, charged with obstructing law enforcement officers and driving on a suspended license
- Daryl F. Smith, 44, 1705 Granite Lane, Statham, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to maintain lane
- Robert Lee Davenport, 52. 984 MLK Parkway, Athens, charged with failure to stop at stop sign and driving on a suspended license
- Kahlil Aassad Bruce, 25, 602 Marble St., Monroe, charged with parole violation
