FUNNY everyone i talk to says Scatt is a rip off !!

This may be the only reputable shop in Winder. Take it elsewhere at your own risk.

SCATT got me too he charged me $175.00 deposit for parts to put a timing belt on my Honda then keep telling me thae parts had not come in for over 6mts and he refused to refund my money. i called the winder P.D. and they said i had to come downtown to file a complaint to officer said they had been called out to scatt so many times so they started making everyone come to the police Dept.

All you have to know about Scatts is to look up the court records and the PD records they pretty much paint the whole picture about them!!!!!!!

I say, Go for it. Go to the court records and PD. There is nothing Scatts is afraid of. All the PD has is where the city and an individual down the street that wanted Scatts to lie for them, has stirred up. So I tell anyone, do your homework. Then you will see who on here has the facts.

SCATT'S is the best in the county! We would not trust anyone else with our cars! We have taken every vehicle we own to them at one time or another and they have always been honest, fair, and up front about any issues with our cars. Some times it may take a little while to get parts but it's because they are not getting used or scrap parts they want to warranty their work. There has been times when they told me what was wrong with my car and let me take it back to the dealer and not charged me for their time. John and Melissa treat my family like family and it's sad that they are so good to people who take advantage of them and then say negative stuff about their business when they are doing a wonderful job! Thanks for ya'll doing John & Melissa!!!

It is amazing how many people on this site have bogus names. It is also amazing how many of the comments spell the same words wrong. It is also amazing how childish the comments are on here as well. I say, tell the truth and stop hiding behind bogus names.

I am not family at all. I just know a good mechanic when I see one! My cars are all well taken care of and always fixed correctly and in a reasonable time. And believe me, Im a very picky person when it comes to my rides!

Scatts is the most reliable shop in Winder. It is totally amazing how childish people are being on site. I don't really care what anyone else says, Im staying with Scatts. I know some of the people that are bad mouthing Scatts and I will be helping them take some of the bad mouthing people on here to court for slander and wrongful accusations. So all I have to say is Karma, It will always come around. (Chris for instance) Try Scatts, they wont let you down. It might take a little longer, but the quality is 100% better.

When did this Scatt's stock have its IPO I missed that one it must be a huge conglomerate because there is so many people that have inside information
that are not the owners?

People who live in glass houses should not cast stones on others!!! All I see is people saying how bad there service was from this guy and that is the right of free speech! You are the only one I see over and over again on this site saying you are not john saying bad things about other business around town! If you read all the post on this page which I have it becomes obvious that it is you and your friends casting aspersions on others. If someone had a bad business deal with this guy or any other it is for them to post what experience came to pass and not for you to decide who is right or wrong!

To all the "Scatt's" haters,
You don't know what real service is, even if it bit you on the butt. Scatt's is one of the better shops in Barrow County. I have been to all the others, but I can say Scatt's treats you like family. He treats my cars like it is one of his own. And as it was stated in the above comments. It takes a while for the vehicles to get repaired because they don't believe in using junk parts, they actually use new parts. But how come when I always go to their shop, they always have vehicles inside the shop, and on their lots. They have to be doing something right, if they always have customers. As I have said previously, I will not use anybody but Scatts anymore. I am no longer going to be getting screwed by all those other shops who only care about profit, All you are to them is a number. When you pull in, they just see $$$$ in there eyes. The other shops think what can I break to make the bill higher than what it is.
