The only REAL pizza place in town that's not pre-packaged/frozen crap: Little Italy Pizzeria is the best!

Nothing at Dooley's is frozen or pre-packaged. We make our own dough, sauce, cook all our meats in- house.

Living outside Statham, I must drive 6.5 miles to Dooley's, 7.3 to Little Italy, or 13 miles to Your Pie on Alps Road in Athens. If I'm in Winder and want pizza, I'll go to Dooley's, but if I've got to leave the house to go out for pizza, Your Pie's quality and choices wins hands down.

Dooleys really has no flavor to it crust tastes frozen/generic, Got to go with little Italy on this one. The staff and atmosphere at both places are great tho.

Dooley's crust is hand made daily, never frozen, by the owners. We add a little touch of southern sweetness to each batch.

I truly believe there are some people that are misinformed, I have a friend that works for Dooley's and he gave me some great info. None of their ingredients are pre packaged all the meats are cooked in the restaurant (beef, sausage, chicken, bacon) and all the veggies like tomatoes, green peppers, onions are hand sliced. They even hand slice their cheese and their deli meats. Did you also know that their Dough & Sauce is made in-house. I am truly impressed and I can taste the great quality of their pizza. Thank you Dooley's for coming to Winder. My favorite pizza is the Stairway to heaven.

I frequent dooleys 2 to 3 times a week and its hard for me to believe that this actually happened. There's always gotta be someone trying to mess up a good thing!

Little Italy's pizza is the closest thing that I can get to New York style pizza in this area. I also like Caprice in Hamilton Mills. Dooley's is okay.
