The Atlanta franchise will debut in the Gwinnett Arena on Saturday, April 13, against Omaha. Tickets are $15 to 75, according to information on the Gwinnett Arena events calendar. A second Steam game is scheduled for Saturday, May 18, against Cleveland.
The LFL recently changed its uniforms, name and marketing approach to brand itself as more than a gimmick. Uniforms now are labeled as "performance wear." Also on the LFL website, power rankings had the Atlanta team as No. 9 in the 12-team league, although the Steam is a first-year team.
