A former member of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, William J. Hutchins, 63, died Saturday.
The Gainesville Times reports Hutchins, a Barrow County farmer and advocate for agriculture, died from lung problems.
A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. today at Midway United Methodist Church in Auburn.
