Driver Reports Juveniles Took Out Vehicle’s Passenger Side Mirror
The complainant said she believed the two male juveniles wielded a bat.
An officer with the Winder Police Department met with a complainant April 27, 2012, in the department’s lobby.
The woman said she was driving on Bellview Street near the Winder Library about 9:30 p.m. the evening before when two male juveniles ran out toward her vehicle and struck the passenger side mirror with what she believed to be a bat.
The complainant said she didn’t get a good look at the juveniles but believed they were about 13 to 15 years old.

I live on Bellview, and we haven't had any problems with vandelism. We do however have juveniles that wonder the streets in this area. Our only problem is people letting their dogs run loose, and trash piled up and blowing into our yards.
