Job description: Provides administrative support for catering sales managers by performing duties within the office. Responsible for accurately typing and proofreading proposals. Prepares contracts, reports, purchase orders and other documents as needed. Orders and maintains office supplies within department. Liaison between departments to create unique guest experience. 
Qualifications: Must have 2-plus years of experience and excellent written/verbal communication skills. College degree is preferred. Needs knowledge of Delphi System, Microsoft Word, Excel and Springer Miller Systems.
