County to Sue City of Auburn
Commissioners recently voted to turn the matter of unpaid sewer tap fees over to the county attorney for collections, according to a report by the Barrow Journal.

The Barrow County Board of Commissioners recently voted to sue one of the county's municipalities, the Barrow Journal reports.
The newspaper indicates that three months after offering to settle an ongoing dispute over $76,500 in unpaid sewer tap fees, the county will sue the city of Auburn for the full amount.
