I was very frustrated a couple of months ago when I called the Winder Code Enforcement officer about four times to complain about a violation of City Codes that is negatively affecting our business. I never even received a call back acknowledging my call. I am certainly hoping that the City does plan to step up this enforcement soon and at the least, folks who call to complain are given the courtesy of a call back.
