• Jihad Quran Ballard, 25, 468 Valley Trace, Winder, charged with manufacture, deliver, distribute, administer, sell, possess with intent to controlled substance and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Anthony Wayne Baxter, 40, 2259 Piney Grove Road, Loganville, charged with four counts illegal possession of controlled substance and five counts prescription drugs must be in their original container
• Mandy Noel Baxter, 37, 2259 Piney Grove Road, Loganville, charged with illegal possession of controlled substance and prescription drugs must be in their original container
• Tina Marie Carder, 32, 1400 Ethridge Drive or 1420, Auburn, charged with three counts probation violation
• Parks Daniel Ellington, 67, 428 Sunset Drive, Statham, charged with child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and sexual battery
• Michelle Leigh Frady, 26, 5067 Columbus Court, Auburn, charged with battery (family violence, first offense)
• Carisa Hammond Friend, 38, 158 Ridgeway St., Apt. B, Winder, charged with theft by conversion (felony), failure to maintain insurance, failure to signal/improper signal, prescription drugs must be in their original container, possession of a schedule III controlled substance and crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, drugs without consent
• Kenneth Roger Gee, 28, 301 E. Wright St., Winder, charged with parole violation
• Christina Sheree Glass, 32, 2408 Highway 11 N.W., Monroe, charged with burglary in the first degree and armed robbery
• Jason Robert Hammond, 35, 158 Ridgeway St., Winder, charged with two counts obstructing at intersection and DUI — alcohol
• Danisha Lashae Haynes, 36, 512 W. Crogan St., Loganville, charged with probation violation
• Travis Aquila Heard, 26, 1254 Hadaway Garden Drive, Kennesaw, charged with failure to maintain lane, DUI — drugs and possession of marijuana
• Angela Suzanne Lanham, 42, 1026 Heather Wood Drive, Huntsville, Ala., charged with failure to maintain lane, possession of open alcohol container and DUI — alcohol
• Scott Christopher Ogorman, 31, 314 Mary Alice Drive, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, driving while license withdrawn and failure to maintain lane
• Roberto Ramirez-Carmona, 28, 353 Sanders Circle, Winder, driving without a valid license
• Jacob Joseph Ricker, 40, 552 Belle Waade St., Monroe, charged with DUI — alcohol and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Charles Christopher Robertson, 33, 529 Rosewood Circle, Winder, charged with hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident
• Tony Lee Webb, 52, 28 59 Prospect Road, Toccoa, charged with theft by taking (felony)
• Williams Reginald Alfonzo, 20, 429 Shenandoah Court, Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Anthony Levi Worley, 18, 39 Bowman Mill Road, Winder, charged with criminal trespass and hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident
