• Jennifer Lynelle Burke, 25, 140 Azalea Drive, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Aaron Randall Christopherson, 23, 276 Natchez Circle, Winder, charged with marijuana — possess less than 1ounce and improper starting/laying drags
•  Mark Anthony Dachs, 36, 1494 Cleveland Highway, Murrayville, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Shalaina Blair Edwards, 25, 488 Monroe Highway, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Matthew Faulkner, 30, 345 Maple Park Drive, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane, tail lights/tail light lenses required, DUI — alcohol and driver must apply for a new license within 60 days of a change of name or address
• Edwin Finch, 58, 518 Duke Road, Bethlehem, charged with hit and run — duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident and following too closely
• William Rodney Gasaway, 29, 778 Chancey Circle, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Jose Asuncion Gonzalez-Farfan, 46, 221 E. Wright St., Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent
• Andrea Christine Harris, 24, 1640 Highway 211, Hoschton, charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts illegal possession of controlled substance and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Glenda Watkins Harwell, 46, 920 Atlanta Highway S.E., Winder, charged with obtaining, attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery, concealment of fact
• Martha Suzette hill, 48, 1417 Luke Circle, Bogart, charged with false report of a crime
• James Carter Hinton, 57, 135 Martha St., Winder, charged with aggravated assault
• Luciano Juarez, 36, 402 Smith Mill Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Andy Belvie Knight, 29, 1299 Evans Road, Hoschton, charged with probation violation
• Jean Fairfax Ludy, 63, 285 C Hillcrest Drive, Statham, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Timothy William Nalley, 39, 431 Argonne Road, Lot 5, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Andrey Pashnyak, 23, 215 Russell Road, Lawrenceville, charged with violation of conditions on limited driving permit and failure to yield right of way, turning

• Clarissa Roshanda Shields, 28, 1370 Aiken Road, Bogart, charged with theft by shoplifting
