• Tony Lamar Boone, 47, 358 Price St., Statham, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Daniel Ross Boyd, 22, 287 Bayou Lane, Winder, charged with affray (fighting)
• Miles Carlton Boyd, 22, 287 Bayou Lane, Winder, charged with affray (fighting)
• Marcelo Flores Contreras, 31, 5929 Williams Port Drive, Flowery Branch, charged with criminal trespass
• Brandon Chase Dillard, 27, 144 Timber Ridge Drive, Macon, charged with DUI — alcohol, possession of open alcohol container and failure to maintain lane
• Jeffrey Scott Feagin, 42, 760 City Pond Circle, Winder, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked
• Christopher Marshall Kaul, 40, 2039 Mount Moriah Road, Auburn, charged with battery, criminal trespass and cruelty to children
• Brandon Lamar Lay, 31, 856 Than Skinner Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Randall James Litzenberger, 19, 1313 Crossing Place, Commerce, charged with driving while license withdrawn
• Michael Jay Maloch, 24, 235 E. Brooke Drive, Winder, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related objects, obstruction or hindering law enforcement and probation violation
• Kevin Dewayne Moore, 37, 157 Regency Drive, Bethlehem, charged with two counts failure to appear
• Ron Christopher Pendley, 18, 218 Baker St., Statham, charged with failure to maintain lane, expired or no driver’s license, DUI — alcohol and three counts probation violation
• Patrick Thomas Shannon, 44, 420 Jeffords Road, Winder, charged with criminal trespass and loitering
• David Lamar Smith, 52, 559 Manning Gin Road, Monroe, charged with DUI — drugs
• Jessica Auburn Tallent, 19, 918 Jim Johnson Road, Winder, charged with theft by taking
• Carl Edward Talmage, 41, 61 N. Williamson St., Winder, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement, loitering and contempt of Superior Court
• Lamadre Marquis Tanner, 30, 22 Duke St., Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license, obstruction or hindering law enforcement and equipment used improperly — excessive noise
• Sloan Diane Tippens, 39, 70 Pickle Simon Road, Lot 4, Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Janey Vorasith, 23, 316 Carter Road, Lot 11, Auburn, charged with two counts battery (family violence) and cruelty to children
• Jonathan L. Williams, 23, 163 Loblolly Drive, Athens, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving while license withdrawn
