• Amanda Megan Clark, 25, 309 Carrington Ridge, Stockbridge, charged with seat belt violation, marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce, littering from motor vehicle and failure to have license on person
• Monterio Keirr Cooper, 28, 338 Shenandoah Circle, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Michael Christopher Crow, 26, 3941 Old Braswell Road, Monroe, charged with failure to appear
• Courtney Kathryn Dimler, 29, 1515 Pointers Way, Auburn, charged with probation violation
• Rosa Andrea Dominguez, 19, 85 Briscoe Mill Road, No. 25, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Misti Maria Faith, 40, 2120 Dooley Town Road, Statham, charged with probation violation
• Robbie Sue Faulkner, 47, 1720 Brockton Road, Jefferson, charged with DUI — alcohol, littering from a motor vehicle and possession of open alcohol container
• Isaac Duane Gaines, 22, 1480 Chalet Circle, Lawrenceville, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and wrong way on one-way street
• Salvador Gambino, 34, 5145 Merry Lane Drive, Gainesville, charged with simple assault (no contact bond) and simple battery (no contact bond)
• Andre Lamar Herron, 37, 46 E. New St., Winder, charged with cruelty to children in the first degree (deprivation of necessary sustenance) and battery (family violence, first offense)
• Claude Leroy Huey, 48, 2145 Fallingwater Court, Cumming, charged with pandering
• Michael Shane Huff, 24, 203 Woodlawn Ave., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Mark Wilson Lavender, 38, 2746 Berkshire Drive, Bethlehem, charged with pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another
• Mindi Lee Livingston, 21, 43 Homer St., Maysville, charged with probation violation
• Steven Andrew McClain, 22, 57 Patrick Mill Road, Winder, charged with two counts probation violation and contributing to the delinquency of minor
• Kaleb Jordan Moss, 18, 461 Rebekah Drive, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Tamon Monte Olds, 24, 1907 Pacific St., Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana and prostitution
