• Freddie Lamar Davis, 34, 117 Whisper Wood Lane, Athens, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked
• Tammy Michelle Dunlap, 43, 1516 Country Court, Auburn, charged with battery (family violence, no contact) and simple assault/assault (family violence, no contact)
• Dustin Michael Dye, 24, 1599 Summit Ridge, Auburn, charged with probation violation
• Rene Franco-Resendiz, 22, 436 Carl Bethlehem Road, Bethlehem, charged with following too closely, expired or no driver’s license, hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, DUI — alcohol, possession of open alcohol container and texting while driving
• Karen Taylor Greer, 53, 3195 Willow Park Drive, Dacula, charged with DUI — alcohol, failure to maintain lane and violation of conditions on limited driving permit
• Tammy Michelle Hawkins, 45, 1164 Peppers Road, Auburn, charged with simple battery (family violence, no contact) and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Johnnie Aaron Jackson, 53, 512 Fort St., Winder, charged with failure to obey signs or control devices and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Tracey Phillips Lawrence, 54, 209 Beech Creek Circle, Winder, charged with depsit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Warren Patrick Marshall, 59, 1287 Hillendale Road, Lawrenceville, charged with operating without lights required by law and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Susan Jeanette Mize, 52, 628 Tanners Bridge Circle, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol
• Willie Ezekiel Patrick, 34, 122 N. Ridge Road, Winder, charged with failure to maintain insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked — felony (fourth or subsequent offense) and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
• Anthony Ryan Perry, 24, 265 Springbottom Drive, Lawrenceville, charged with illegal possession of controlled substance — cocaine and violation of conditions on limited driving permit
• Sheldon Lane Robertson, 53, 162 W. Star St., Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Melisa Lorraine Sanders, 49, 114 Anita Drive, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Robert Lynn Shaw, 51, 1898 Apt. A, Dooley Town Road, Statham, charged with illegal possession of controlled substance and prescription drugs must be in their original containers
• James Simpson, 44, 413 Village Bluff Drive, Lawrenceville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance — cocaine and possession of open alcohol container
• Narada Lashon Starks, 33, 130 Northridge Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Charles Brad Stephenson, 32, 199 E. Broad St., Winder, charged with public indecency (first or second offense)
• Andrea Lee Wayland, 35, 45 Pinkston Oaks Circle, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
