  • Lee Anthony Bryson, 37, 3123 Bunten Road, Duluth, charged with probation violation
  • Isha Keimoa Camp, 31, 160 Horton St., Winder, charged with two counts sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance
  • Lashayla Quanta Cunningham, 32, 260 Stonehenge Way, Bogart, charged with probation violation
  • Kristin Renee Damons, 20, 268 Spring Dale Drive, Apt. 4, Winder, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and prescription drugs must be in their original containers
  • Mikecell Duncan, 43, 67 Marion Lay St., Winder, charged with probation violation
  • Donald Eugene Dunham, 45, 11 Duke Drive, Lawrenceville, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to obey stop sign and illegal possession of controlled substance
  • Charity Lee Franklin, 26, 950 Jefferson River Road, Jefferson, charged with two counts failure to appear
  • Andrew Charles Fuller, 48, 316 Carter Road, Lot 2, Auburn, charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree
  • Kenneth James Garrett, 40, 120 Second St., Winder, charged with contempt of Winder Municipal Court
  • Alicia Amy Gazaway, 27, 312 Natchez Circle, Winder, charged with sale of a schedule III, IV or V controlled substance
  • Jason Lamar Hall, 31, 730 Harry McCarty Road, Bethlehem, charged with five counts battery/simple battery — family violence and criminal trespass
  • Joshua Jarmar Heard, 27, 151 Horton St., Winder, charged with sale of cocaine
  • Rodney Adrein Henry, 39, 145 Duke St., Winder, charged with sale of cocaine
  • Juan Manuel Hernandez-Cabrera, 23, 207 Daley Ave., Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and failure to obey stop sign
  • Dusty Lee Holloway, 25, 112 Third St., Monroe, charged with probation violation
  • Kyle Morgan Jones, 23, 490 Gainesville Highway, C-6, Winder, charged with burglary in the first degree and criminal damage to property in the second degree
  • Terry James Littleton, 26, 244 E. Fifth Ave., Winder, charged with manufacture, distribute, administer, sell, possess with intent to distribute controlled substance and use of communication facility in commission of a felony involving controlled substances
  • Teresa Lynelle Loggins, 45, 1239 Peppers Road, Auburn, charged with contempt of Superior Court
  • Kelvin Ray Mayweather, 40, 929 Kendall Park Drive, Winder, charged with battery — family violence, first offense, and criminal trespass — family violence
  • Reginald Basil McCullough, 48, 5850 State Bridge Road, Duluth, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks greater than or equal to $500
  • Kimberly Dawn Meeks, 41, 35 Quail Court, Winder, charged with manufacture, deliver, distribute, administer, sell, possess with intent to distribute controlled substance
  • Chandler Anthony Murphy, 22, 149 Alexander Court, Winder, charged with sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana
  • Terrance Lavon Odom, 38, 1180 Court Drive, Duluth, hold for Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office
  • Thomas M. O’Rourke, 58, 3522 Flat Run Drive, Bethlehem, charged with marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
  • Christopher Darnell Pace, 35, 1818 River Run, Monroe, charged with probation violation
  • Mario Quinchez Partee, 25, 2080 Double Bridges Road, Good Hope, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement, false statements or writings/conceal facts or fraudulent documents, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers and theft by shoplifting

  • Cammie Ethleen Smallwood, 32, 127 Magnolia Ave., Jefferson, charged with three counts probation violation

  • Angela Breann Stewart-Fincher, 32, 742 Than Skinner Road, Winder, charged with abandonment of dependent child
