• Shauna L. Chavez, 34, 316 Carter Road, Lot 9, Auburn, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Mark Celso Cofino, 51, 2474 Highway 330, Bogart, charged with failure to appear
• Tracey Rena Cooper, 44, 253 Georgia Ave., Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Manuel Angelo Finch, 46, 216 Dreamland Circle, Winder, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Shawn Leroy Hadden, 36, 123 Oak Drive, Bloomingdale, charged with probation violation
• Tonya Marie Hampton, 39, 133 W. Union Grove Circle, Auburn, charged with probation violation
• Michael Jasaton Harvey, 20, 202 Dreamland Circle, Winder, charged with furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age, public drunkenness and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Jeffery Lynn Hood, 28, 90 Mount Moriah Road, Apt. 4C, Auburn, charged with public drunkenness
• Pamela Odieta Jackson, 141 Wood Ave., Winder, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Vonterrius Tyrell Cortez Jackson, 22, 141 Wood Ave., Winder, charged with probation violation, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Tanner Joe Maloch, 18, 69 E. Wright St., Apt. B, Winder, charged with probation violation, illegal possession of controlled substance with intent, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of methamphetamine
• Raymond E. Martin, 43, 735 Lincoln Drive, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Darnell Moon, 41, 2112 Burns View Lane, Lawrenceville, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, aggressive driving and driving while license withdrawn
• Phouc Van Nguyen, 41, 2085 Atlanta Highway, Suite 500, Statham, charged with expired or no driver’s license
• Carolyn April Rickert, 38, 489 Shannon Way, Lawrenceville, charged with failure to maintain lane, DUI — drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related objects and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Christopher Edward Schaa, 22, 206 Deer Run Drive, Winder, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance
• Kylie Elaine Skinner, 31, 843 Jefferson Highway, Winder, charged with possession of methamphetamine
• Ashley Nicolle Westmoreland, 24, 122 Northchase Ave., Trenton, charged with criminal trespass
• Jeremy Curtis Wilson, 24, 1459 Dee Kennedy Road, Hoschton, charged with two counts aggravated assault
• Darien Nicole Woodrum, 19, 428 Ross Drive, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
