• Joey Lynn Bagwell, 40, 731 Dee Kennedy Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Brandy Lynn Benson, 23, 6290 Barwick Lane, Duluth, charged with public drunkenness
• Mark Eric Benson, 50, 3161 St. Ives, Duluth, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to maintain lane
• Jesse Borrego, 27, 635 Washington St., Gainesville, charged with probation violation
• James Robert Brendle, 26, 240 Dreamland Circle, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense), simple battery, cruelty to children and criminal trespass
• Tanya Murissa Brendle, 26, 240 Dreamland Circle, Winder, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement and disorderly conduct
• Chase Michael Callahan, 22, 104 Timothy Lane, Bethlehem, charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and possession of tools for commission of a crime
• Christopher Clevon Camp, 45, 836 Georgetown Drive, Winder, charged with criminal trespass (family violence)
• Eric Joshua Davis, 28, 34 Forest Drive, Winder, charged with parole violation
• Douglas Jeffery Dillard, 49, 2125 Dooley Town Road, Statham, charged with hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, expired or no driver’s license, too fast for conditions and defective tires  
• Luis Fernando Esquivias, 27, 357 Sanders Circle, Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing
• Ruben Juarez Farias, 42, 109 Ross Road, Winder, charged with simple battery (family violence) and battery
• Garrett Gregory Fiddyment, 21, 125 Jarnigan Drive, Athens, charged with probation violation
• Cheryl Alisha Graves, 26, 119 B Summit St., Cartersville, charged with two counts probation violation
• Brannon Harold Griffin, 28, 186 Georgia Ave., Winder, charged with violating family violence order
• Steven James Henslee, 34, 2246 Conasauga Road, Ellijay, charged with theft by taking, financial identity fraud and burglary
• Timothy Alan Holloway, 31, 1605 Phillipsburg Drive, Statham, charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and possession of tools for commission of a crime
• Melissa Gail Hughes, 45, 995 Freeman Johnson Road, Hoschton, charged with aggravated assault and battery (family violence, first offense)
• Steven R. Jones, 23, 1605 Phillipsburg Drive, Winder, charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and possession of tools for commission of a crime
• Terry Scott Kitchens, 44, 1677 Ga. Highway 82, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, failure to maintain lane and possession of open alcohol container

• Jawanza Agyei Lackey, 21, 572 Eighth St., Statham, charged with simple assault (family violence), criminal damage to property in the second degree and two counts cruelty to children in the third degree (third or subsequent offense)
• Nicholas Robert Masters, 25, 1160 Roxey Maxey Road, Winder, charged with obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone call
• Jessie Lynn Oguin, 26, 79 Church St., Winder, charged with public drunkenness
• Charles Amos Pugh, 29, 316 Carter Road, Lot 93, Auburn, charged with failure to appear and probation violation
• Eugene Jerome Riden, 29, 11 Dunahoo Road, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud (bad checks) greater than or equal to $500
• Felicia Rodgers, 42, 1646 Amalie Drive, Statham, charged with brake lights/turn signal violation, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent, new resident must register in Georgia within 30 days, failure to maintain insurance, driving while license withdrawn, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Joe Lewis Rouse, 31, 120 N. Ridge Drive, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to obey stop sign
• Ethan Allen Rowe, 35, 890 Monroe Highway, Bethlehem, charged with contempt of Superior Court
• Christian Eduardo Sanchez-Cardona, 21, 375 W. Chester Road, Athens, charged with probation violation

• Jonathan Wayne Skinner, 55, 225 Myrtle St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Francisco Rodriquez Solis, 46, 2440 Danielsville Road, Athens, charged with expired or no driver’s license, failure to maintain insurance and three counts forgery in the second degree
• Amy Storey Spielman, 49, 594 Moriah Road, Auburn, charged with sale of methamphetamine and illegal possession of controlled substance
