• Mohammed Bashirrudin, 35, 930 Burson Maddox Road, Winder, charged with simple assault (no contact bond) and disorderly conduct (no contact bond)
• Georgia Beharry, 36, 1135 Kailie Drive, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, no contact bond), cruelty to children in the first degree and two counts cruelty to children in the third degree
• Jeffery Bell, 53, 191 Macy Way, Winder, charged with unlawful entry upon property
• Shanea Audrianna Billings, 22, 69 N. Williamson St., Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Michael Terrell Billups, 22, 580 Vincent Drive, Athens, charged with probation violation
• James Floyd Brannon, 53, 418 Tanner Road, Dacula, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam), possession of a schedule III controlled substance (Hydrocodone), theft by taking, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, driving without a valid license and prescription drugs must be in their original containers
• Marcus Eric Brown, 33, 249 Farlow Drive, Winder, charged with failure to appear and probation violation
• William Penn Browner, 49, 123 Ashmore Court, Athens, charged with probation violation
• Marco Deon Ellison, 26, 135 Stedman Court, Athens, charged with probation violation
• Andrew Jason Felts, 31, 1411 Langdon Park Court, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, expired or no driver’s license and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Joshua Nathaniel Garza, 33, 131 Rose St., Athens, charged with four counts theft by shoplifting
• Jose Lemus Genardo, 26, 4212 Clark Drive, Duluth, charged with failure to have license on person
• David Nicholas Long, 21, 106 Ashwood Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Jesus Medina-Ramirez, 19, 118 Acadia Drive, Athens, charged with driving without a valid license
• Bonnie Lee Pedersen, 40, 1510 Jamestown Road, Auburn, charged with battery (family violence, first offense)
• Michelle Lynn Rivenburg, 45, 2210 Arden Creek Drive, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — drugs, violation of conditions on limited driving permit and possession of methamphetamine
• Tammy Rene Samples, 30, 30 Hammond Road, Jefferson, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Morgan Breanne Skipper, 20, 2814 Armada Lane, Dacula, charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substance (Alprazolam), possession of a schedule IV narcotic (Alprazolam) and failure to maintain lane
• Brian Coleman Stroud, 25, 506 Cherokee Road, Winder, charged with forgery in the first degree
• Christopher Brian Tillman, 21, 4108 Magnolia Pointe Blvd., Duluth, charged with probation violation
• Johnathan Ralph Wylie, 24, 113 Duke St., Winder, charged with simple battery, obstruction or hindering law enforcement and false statements or writings, conceal facts or fraudulent documents
