• Casie Michelle Barrett, 26, 234 Hidden Acres Road, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
• Matthew Christian Barton, 34, 4180 Sardis Church Road, Buford, charged with three counts probation violation
• Julian Baughcum, 50, 615 E. Lee St., Thomaston, charged with possession of open alcohol container and battery (family violence, first offense)
• Jose Candelario-Molina, 26, 2035 Idlewood Road, Tucker, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and expired or no driver’s license
• Kevin Wayne Childers, 45, 444 Russell Cemetery Road, Winder, charged with DUI — drugs and failure to maintain lane
• Michael Thomas Ciucevich Jr., 38, 104 S. Stratford Drive, Athens, charged with probation violation
• Emily Nicole Cronic, 20, 1030 Ben Johnson Road, Bethlehem, charged with interference with custody and contributing to the delinquency of minor
• Tim Croy, 47, 529 Valley View Drive, Winder, charged with theft by taking
• Robert Lee Damons, 42, 116 King St., Winder, charged with two counts disorderly conduct and loitering
• Robert Lee Davenport, 53, 984 MLK Parkway, Athens, charged with failure to obey stop sign and driving while license withdrawn
• Rebecca Lanette Donald, 38, 154 Melrose St., Apt. 7, Monroe, charged with unlawful entry upon property and disorderly conduct
• Phillip Scott Dyess, 29, 616 Beau Court, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass
• John Frederick Eden, 52, 873 Laurel Lane, Winder, charged with aggravated assault, reckless driving and aggressive driving
• Ricky Dale Enix, 58, 123 Regency Drive, Bethlehem, charged with aggravated assault, simple battery (family violence) and battery (family violence, first offense)
• Barbara Melysa Espy, 42, 3126 Tallahasee Road, Statham, charged with two counts illegal possession of controlled substance and prescription drugs must be in their original container
