• Steven Scott Baughman, 21, 150 Johns Bluff, Auburn, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding in excess of maximum limits

• Robert Keith Boyd, 32, 1484 Box Circle, Winder, charged with terroristic threats and acts
• Khalil Assad Bruce, 25, 2094 Broad St., Statham, charged with parole violation and failure to appear
• Jack Michael Cardinalli, 41, 2501 Amber Valley Drive, Buford, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, speeding in excess of maximum limits, three counts obstruction or hindering law enforcement, equipment used improperly (excessive noise), seat belt violation and tampering with evidence
• Juan Antonio Cervantes, 19, 847 Carterhill Drive, Apt. A, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age, expired or no driver’s license and failure to yield right of way (turning)
• Tracey Rena Cooper, 44, 253 Georgia Ave., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Daniel Johnathan Cubiasramos, 22, 842 Brandon Drive, Winder, charged with driving while license withdrawn, failure to signal lane change or turn, reckless driving and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Kimberly Dale Epps, 44, 126 Arnold Road, Statham, charged with theft by taking
• Steven Nicholas Finn, 39, 147 B Quail Valley Road, Auburn, charged with battery (family violence, first offense) and cruelty to children
• Dwayne Hillery Fulcher, 45, 3640 Biltmore Oats Drive, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol and following too closely
• Sean Michael Gove, 27, 250 Natchez Circle, Winder, charged with two counts simple assault (family violence) and disorderly conduct
