• Yale Young Choi, 18, 3355 Berwick Field Drive, Duluth, charged with furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age
• Gerald Walter Dulaney, 52, 596 Eighth St., Statham, charged with probation violation (original offense — sexual battery) and criminal trespass (no contact)
