• William Stanley Delaney, 52, 616 Barber Creek Road/585 Eighth St., Statham, charged with probation violation
• Rebecca Dillard, 41, 200 Douglas St., Monroe, hold for Rockdale County
• Adam Joseph Elrod, 31, 380 Coffee Road, Wahallha, S.C., charged with driving while license withdrawn
• Tammy Elaine Flanagan, 29, 1506 Farmington Way, Apt. 504, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense, no contact bond)
• Charity Lee Franklin, 26, 950 Jefferson River Road, Jefferson, charged with failure to appear
• Jennifer Lynn Gee, 26, 2310 Atlanta Highway S.E., Bogart, charged with probation violation
• Shentedra Tiosha Hayes, 30, 491 Tanners Bridge Circle, Bethlehem, charged with battery, cruelty to children in the third degree (bondsman off bond), cruelty to children in the first degree, DUI — alcohol and failure to appear

• Meranda Lee Jeswald, 19, 334 Lokey Ridge Road, Bethlehem, charged with expired or no driver’s license and failure to maintain insurance

• Lamont Demitride Lawson, 33, 637 Birch St., Apt. B, Monroe, charged with probation violation
• Terry Lynn McElhannon, 56, 191 Graham St., Apt. A, Winder, charged with illegal stop/stand/park where prohibited and driving while license withdrawn
• Marco Antonio Molina, 71, 1966 Biedermeier Road, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, possession of open alcohol container and failure to maintain lane

• Celita Arness Tuggle, 47, 23 Horton St., Apt. 18A, Winder, charged with theft by conversion
• Ronald Eugene Turner, 36, 2895 Wildflower Lane, Snellville, charged with probation violation
