• Daniel Lee Cavanaugh, 25, 380 Blackberry Circle, Auburn, charged with battery (family violence, first offense) and cruelty to children
• Phyllis Grace Coker, 54, 515 Marclie Park, Statham, charged with failure to appear
• Maya Fatima Covert, 22, 500 Oxford Ridge, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Jacob Eugene Culpepper, 23, 804 George Town Drive, Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
• Zachery Shawn Culpepper, 21, 804 George Town Drive, Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
• Albert Antonio Gantt, 46, 407 Harpy Eagle Drive, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, battery (no contact bond) and aggravated assault (no contact bond)
• Michael Donald Gearin, 18, 874 Providence Road, Statham, charged with furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age
• Gina Delia Hanvey, 50, 223 Sherwood Drive, Apt. No. 1A, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI — drugs
• Jennifer Ann Hoff, 38, 364 Royal Oaks Drive, Winder, charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and disturbance/beer establishment
• Justin Ryan Hunter, 28, 713 Westbury Drive, Bethlehem, hold for Hall County
• Philip Shawn Jennings, 43, 364 Hemlock Court, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Lortab), prescription drugs must be in their original containers and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies
• Clayton Reid Kersting, 35, 808 Georgetown Drive, Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
• James Edwin Key, 23, Fambrough St., Monroe, charged with probation violation
• Nicholas Gene McGuire, 37, 1353 Timber Ridge Drive, Athens, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Shelby Elizabeth Minnig, 20, 120 Richmond Way, Commerce, charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI — alcohol under age of 21
• Angel Luis Molina, 40, 2413 Buena Bista Circle, Gainesville, charged with failure to obey signs or control devices and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Tony Ray Morris, 38, 4795 Griswoldville Road, Macon, charged with two counts probation violation
• Juan-Antonio Munoz, 30, 271 E. Wright St., Apt. 22, Winder, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and expired or no driver’s license
• Douglas Lee Myers, 36, 1185 Austin Road, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense) and cruelty to children in the third degree (third or subsequent offense)
• Cody Edward Shipman, 21, 117 Mears St., Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, reckless driving, failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey signs or control devices and passing in no passing zone
• Shunmario Donquez Smith, 28, 715 Westbury Drive, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Tynesha Thurmond Stillwell, 31, 189 Charles Court, Winder, charged with two counts probation violation
• Marcus Aguare Tojin, 31, 124 Second St., Apt. No. 11, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Michael Duane Tucker, 40, 1534 Box Circle, Winder, charged with two counts cruelty to children, simple battery (family violence, no contact bond) and simple assault (family violence, no contact bond)
