• Amy Denise Anglin, 28, 121 Thurmond Road, Statham, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Hans Jurgens Baroni, 40, 356 Brownsbridge Road, Auburn, charged with brake light/turn signal violation, driving without a valid license and failure to maintain insurance
• Shaka Denard Bolton, 25, 469 Hammond Road, Statham, charged with parole violation
• Stacy Douglas Bond, 25, 1568 Grantmill Road, Alto, charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of marijuana
• Jesse James Bradford, 35, 117 W. Midland Ave., Winder, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked
• Barry James Duncan, 33, 1607 Windward Court, Loganville, charged with failure to maintain lane, defective tires, possession and use of drug-related objects and DUI — drugs
• Toby Lige Dutton, 35, 213 Bellview St., Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Forrest Demetrius Eberhart, 42, 2004 Massey Lane, Winder, charged with battery and cruelty to animals
• Bruce Michael Hoard, 62, 22 E. William St., Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Antonio Damon Martinez, 44, 934 Atlanta Highway S.E., Winder, charged with driving without a valid license, failure to obey stop sign and hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident
• Tylor Slade Massey, 20, 214 Aspen Lane, Alto, charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Lorizitan)
• Jiuvel Nunez-Diaz, 43, 2354 Pinecove Circle, Gainesville, charged with reckless driving, passing within 200 feet of oncoming traffic, two counts passing in no passing zone, failure to maintain lane, driving within a gore or median, too fast for conditions and improper use of central turn lane
• William Charles Paulus, 36, 103 King St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Brandon Lee Snellen, 33, 165 Langford St., Winder, hold for Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office
• Anthony Dale Sutton, 57, 40 Carl Cedar Hill Road, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to maintain lane
• Krista Amber Waite, 22, 115 Cedar Creek Drive, Winder, hold for Suwanee Police Department
• Ann Louise Ward, 58, 3283 Cleveland Highway, Gainesville, charged with theft by taking (felony) and false making, altering, forging, counterfeiting of lottery tickets
• Julie Ann Westbury, 53, 222 Rainey Brooke Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Adrian Michael Wilmont, 36, 2351 Spring Haven Drive, Apt. 403, Gainesville, charged with probation violation
