• Mark Wayne Cribb, 41, 105 Griffeth St., Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense)
• Phillip Scott Dyess, 30, 616 Beau Court, Winder, charged with probation violation
• John Augustus Gibbs Jr., 55, 216 Terrane Ridge, Peachtree City, charged with probation violation
• Rosa Ivet Gomez-Anaya, 24, 89 County Line, Auburn, charged with hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, following too closely and expired or no driver’s license
• Denise Martin Harris, 45, 131 Ashwood Court, Winder, charged with probation violation
• James Rodirques Harris, 28, 124 Second ST., Apt. 37, Winder, charged with criminal trespass (family violence)
• James Carson Harrison, 26, 421 Case Common Drive, Norcross, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Aaron Matthew Helbert, 30, 515 Windswept Way, Alpharetta, charged with probation violation
• Travis Rodriquez Johnson, 40, 144 Lily Drive, Winder, charged with disorderly conduct, illegal possession of controlled substance and prescription drugs must be in their original containers
• Marquett Antonio Lawrence, 25, 32 Pineview Drive, Winterville, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and possession and use of drug-related objects
• Emmit Leon Lee Jr., 37, 504 Leaf Lane, Woodstock, charged with probation violation
• David Allen Lowe, 51, 296 Raven Ridge, Jefferson, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Stephanie Denise Lowery, 45, 139 N. Ridge Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Heather Lynn Martinez, 40, 88 W. Athens St., Apt. C, Winder, hold for Gwinnett County
• Robert Blake Montgomery, 23, 49 Melody Lane, Lawrenceville, charged with DUI — drugs, speeding in excess of maximum limits, marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce, failure to dim lights and failure to signal lane change or turn
• Douglas Lawrence Neville, 37, 583 Winston Manor Court, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Travis Farrell Norton, 33, 130 Ashwood Court, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Jesse Keith Payne, 34, 260 Brannon Drive, Hoschton, charged with seat belt violation and driving while license suspended or revoked
