When a student is hurt raped, kidnapped, molested or killed walking home...Barrow County is going to be in a HUGE amount of trouble...HUGE!!!! I can't believe this is even legal. I am just sick for the parents of these children who have no one and no way to get their children home. Barrow County is making a really bad decision.

Barrow County has money for million dollar red lights with crosswalks across highway 316 but can't afford to bus kids home less than a mile away? Priorties priorities?!
