Just curious, were lab results present to prove the mold build up was, in fact, "black mold"? According to my understanding (spouse is environmental engineer " without lab testing there is no way to determine if this is the "toxic black mold".
In my opinion , this is just a nasty case of the yucks. Great to know though.

It's good that these health inspections are done, but I feel that the inspections do not account for all the possible health risks present in the shops. What about mold infections, or a dusty environment, or excessive use of chemical cleaners? I wonder if they did think of these. - http://www.canadarestorationservices.com
