Barrow County Restaurant Inspections for July 10: New Bethlehem Zaxby's Undergoes Preliminary Inspection

The Northeast Health District reports the following health inspection scores for Barrow County. 

Camp Twin Lakes at Will-A-Way Fort Yargo, 210 S. Broad St., Winder
Score: 91
Date of inspection: July 2, 2012
Type of inspection: Routine
Critical violations:

  • Violation of : 6-1A. Proper cold holding temperatures (Potentially hazardous foods — i.e. boiled eggs, cheese, sliced tomatoes on salad bar — out of temp. Corrected on site by discarding food product.)
  • Violation of : 6-1C. Proper cooling time and temperature (Taco meat improperly cooled dated 7-1-12 in walk-in cooler. Four pans at 63 degrees, 54 degrees, 54 degrees and 51 degrees. Corrected on site by discarding taco meat.)
