In January, Barrow County Girl Scout Brownie Troop 11811 helped to support the Barrow Youth Action Team. The girls heard that BYAT was collecting hygiene items for Barrow County children/teens and wanted to help. The girls did “brownie” chores around their homes to earn funds. They shopped for shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes and deodorant and put together 10 personal care bags. The girls hope to inspire others to help by hearing a story, changing a story for the better and telling their story.
