The Georgia Department of Transportation will be performing routine maintenance in Barrow County on Monday, Nov. 5 through Friday Nov. 9.

In Barrow counties crews will be filling in cracks in the roadway on SR 211 in Statham. The work will require a lane closure, a pilot vehicle will lead traffic through the work zone. Vegetation management will take place on SR 8 and SR 211.

The GDOT requests that drivers reduce their speeds in these areas. Please note this is a tentative schedule and may change if an emergency situation arises.
